Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to receive the package, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Refunds may not be issued for shipping fees in these cases.
